Ranging from £100k to £3m+ we can lend for up to 5 years but structured so that repayments are kept to a minimum for the borrower. We will lend to a maximum 75% LTV secured on tangible assets such as real estate, plant and machinery and business assets. Rates start from 7.5% per annum
