How does the commercial mortgage calculator work?
To get an idea of how much you could borrow with a commercial mortgage from Assetz Capital, we only need you to input a few details to get your result. These are –
The value of the security you want to borrow against. Our lending range is typically between £2-£10 million.
The value of your deposit (which must be at least 30% of the value of the security).
The term you’d like to borrow for. This is available up to 5 years or 60 months.
The prevailing interest rate. To give you an idea of the interest rate available we typically lend at 3% plus SONIA. So at the moment an interest rate of 10% will be indicative.
Why can’t your commercial mortgage calculator give me an accurate figure?

Does your commercial mortgage calculator use my personal data?

For which purposes will you consider commercial mortgages?
We will lend for a number of different purposes including purchase, refinance, equity release & general working capital. Build to term facilities are also available to provide a development facility that converts to a term loan typically upon practical completion.
What security do you require for a commercial mortgage?
First legal charge (plus debenture and a level of personal guarantee for corporate borrowers).

What are the repayment terms?
Commercial mortgage repayment terms are capital & interest repayment with amortisation up to 25 years, initial interest only periods & interest only for full term considered within a 5 year term commitment. The minimum term is negotiable.
