We provided a £1.837m Refurbishment Loan to support the borrower in the refinance and subsequent refurbishment of Chartwell House

Assetz Capital are pleased to announce a further Loan completion in support of our longest borrower, Taj Ubhi and the 9 Property Group Limited (“the borrower”).

Assetz Capital have provided a £1.837m Refurbishment Loan to support the borrower in the refinance and subsequent refurbishment of Chartwell House, Nottingham, in order to create 11 self-contained apartments, providing 19 beds.

Assetz Capital commits to further investment in Northern Ireland

Specialist property development lender, Assetz Capital, has appointed Ciaran McGivern as Relationship Director for Northern Ireland following growth of their developer client base. The lender has provided £152m of property lending to the region focusing on residential development projects, office to residential refurbishment schemes and commercial mortgages.
