Terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is organised by Assetz Capital (‘The Promoter’). Their registered office is Assetz House, Manchester Green, 335 Styal Road, Manchester, M22 5LW.

2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Assetz Capital, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. To enter, participants must follow Assetz Capital on LinkedIn.

5. The prize draw opens at 1pm 12.2.25. and closes at 1pm 14.2.25. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

7. The winner will receive a bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne and 2 glasses (‘the prize’ as pictured above).

8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

9. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

10. The winner will be notified via email on the day of the draw.

11.  If the winner does not respond by close of business , 17.2.25, a new winner may be selected.

12. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.

12. By entering, participants agree that Assetz Capital may use their name and likeness for marketing purposes (if applicable).

13. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and will not be shared with third parties.

14. The promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries due to technical failures.

15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the draw if necessary, without notice.

16. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The promoter accepts no liability should the prize by damaged during transit or delivery to the winner’s chosen address.

18. This prize draw is governed by UK law.
