Access Account Update

We’re delighted to announce that funds in the Access Account queue are starting to enter the Access Accounts and Investors may start to see a reduction in queued funds.

Investors can keep up to date on the Access Account marketplace through the dashboard.

We have a growing pipeline of loans expected to drawdown throughout the coming months. This can be viewed in the platform dashboard under Marketplace- Pipeline Loans. 

Moving forward we will be maintaining a small queue for Investors to enter The Access Accounts to maintain provision fund contributions and help keep interest rates payable at the published target rates. 

How long does it take for funds to be fully invested?

Depending on the account chosen Investors may have to wait until there is sufficient capacity to accept funds. We don’t restrict Investors or the amounts they can place on the platform and loans are equally available to all. As such it can take longer for larger amounts to be invested than smaller amounts. Loan origination is also a factor as investment is limited by the volume of loans available. As there are so many variable factors, we cannot provide you with an expected wait time to be invested.

We have plans to significantly scale up our operations over the coming year and will continue to aim to provide our Investors with attractive returns- which given the current surge in inflation impacting our cost of living, have never been such a necessary income for so many people.
